This page explains which data is processed when you use the contact form, why it is processed and how you can exercise your rights.

Data collected
The form lets you send your name, email address, role or reason for contacting me, and your message. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to reply to your request.
Technical data needed to prevent abuse may also be processed by Web3Forms and hCaptcha, such as your IP address, browser information and signals relating to your interaction with the form.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to professional enquiries, recruitment messages and project proposals, based on the legitimate interest in answering incoming messages and, where applicable, steps taken at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract.
- Preventing spam and malicious use, based on the legitimate interest in securing the form.
The data is not used for a newsletter or automated marketing and is not sold to third parties.
Recipients and technical services
Messages are accessible to Hafid Idrissi and pass through Web3Forms before being forwarded to the publisher’s email account. The anti-spam check is provided by hCaptcha. The website is hosted by Vercel.
These providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards and privacy policies.
Retention
Messages needed to follow up a conversation are kept for no more than twelve months after the last contact and are then deleted, unless a legal obligation or contractual record requires longer retention. Web3Forms states that it does not store submission content, but temporarily keeps technical logs that are periodically removed.
Your rights
Depending on your circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email idrissihafez@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
The portfolio does not set advertising cookies and does not use form data for audience measurement. hCaptcha may nevertheless read or use technical information required for its security mechanism.
